  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes – free shipping on orders over Rs2000 with 2-3 business days handling time and via standard shipping.

    • What are your shipping rates in India?

      We offer flat (discounted) shipping rates as below:

        • Standard (5-9 business days): Rs50
        • Express Mail (2-3 business days): Rs150 
        • Overnight: Rs300
      • Where does Kansa Organics ship?

        We ship nationwide in India for orders placed at Kansa Organics IN website for our clients in India. For orders in the US, please head over to our US website.

        We also ship to the UK and EU for orders placed at the US website (please choose your country in the shipping form).

        • Can you tell me more about shipping within the US?

        Please head over to our US website. We offer 4 speeds of shipping within the US:

          • Standard Shipping: Delivery is typically in 2-5 days.
          • Priority Mail: Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed on Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
          • Overnight Shipping: The Next-Day Delivery. Delivery by next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day Delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next-Day Delivery would arrive on Monday.
        • When will my order be shipped?
        It typically takes us 2 to 3 business days to process your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 
        • How can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

          If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us at: soulvedaindia@gmail.com with URGENT: SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE in the subject line. We’ll try to get to our dispatch team in time, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee that.
