What is Ojas?

Ojas is the energy that keeps us healthy and strong. It's the essence of life. It is our immune system and it gives us strength, vitality and vitality to think clearly.

Prana is the energy and strength that comes from Ojas after it has been kindled into Tejas. Ojas is the potential, the stamina of the mind and nervous system for holding Tejas and Prana. Ojas has the capacity to turn into Tejas (heat), which has the capacity to turn into Prana (electricity).

How to build your Ojas?

Building your Ojas is not as hard as you might think. There are a few things you can do to help build your Ojas, such as getting enough sleep and eating foods that are good for Kapha. Avoid those foods that are bad for Kapha. You may also want to practice yoga or meditation daily in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle

Eat and live well!

Your Ojas is the foundation of who you are, and as such, it is crucial that you take care of them. The first step to building your Ojas is eating a healthy diet. You can do this by eating foods that are good for your body, such as fresh fruits and vegetables or whole grains. You should also drink plenty of water every day so that you keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least eight glasses per day (2 cups).

Next up: get enough sleep! According to experts in sleep science, getting enough sleep each night will help increase levels of endorphins—the hormones responsible for making us feel happy—in our bodies throughout the day (which means we'll be more upbeat). When we lack adequate amounts of restorative shut-eye, we're more likely to experience stressors throughout our lives due to burnout from overwork or exhaustion caused by too much activity during waking hours; these stresses may then lead us down paths like depression or anxiety disorders. So go ahead: catch some Zs early tomorrow morning!
